Ireland against EMI

EMI is being broken up

About this time last year, EMI was seized by Citigroup, a New York financial services company, due to defaults by Terra Firma Capital. Now, as if all this ráiméis wasn't bad enough, the record label group is going to Vivendi, a French media giant, while the publishing business is going to Sony/ATV Music.
